I believe in people, leading with empathy, and designing a better future. During the past 8 years, I have served in the public sector with some amazing people and on some incredible teams (US House of Representatives, Team Rubicon, Design Thinking ABQ, Quelab, Stanford Life Design Lab, 18F, The City of Gainesville, and Kessel Run).

My career started by serving in the US Army, where I learned about being a front-line leader, and contributing to high-performing teams that accomplished the seemingly impossible. My approach to leadership is rooted in listening to people, being a servant leader, and unlocking human potential to make a positive impact in the world.
